Biography
For over 25 years, I have committed my professional time and effort to assisting individuals suffering with Substance Use Disorders and co-occurring mental health problems make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. I have worked with adults and adolescents in a multitude of settings, including hospitals, non-profit treatment agencies, a state agency, and the Courts, offering direct service to clients and consultation to management and staff.
I have worked in an eclectic mix of clinical modalities, but always in the belief that lasting change is relational and emanates from a sincere sharing of experiences, challenges, and goals. I am currently practicing part-time, on Tuesdays at Synergy Advanced Healthcare, in Torrington, CT. I offer individual counseling in a warm and supportive atmosphere.
